CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

At Ovo Salon we appreciate and value your business. In an effort to better serve our clients and stylists we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please give us a 24 hour notice via email, text, or phone call. Failure to give a notice 24 hours in advance or failure to show for your scheduled appointment will result in a $25 charge, per service, to your next appointment.

All product sales are final.
